Where do you ship from?
We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners across multiple regions. Your order will ship from the warehouse best suited for your location and product availability.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on your region. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
It may take 24–72 hours after your tracking number is generated for movement to appear. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us at hello@revirasleep.com, and we’ll look into it.
My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
First, double-check your shipping address and confirm with household members, neighbors, or your local courier. If you still can’t locate the package, email us at hello@revirasleep.com, and we’ll assist with filing a claim or exploring next steps.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery. For that reason, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is submitted. If you need assistance, email us within a few hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and approved through our support team. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if the pillow arrives damaged or defective?
If your product arrives with visible damage or a defect, contact us at hello@revirasleep.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. If verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Is the Revira™ Pillow washable?
The ClimaWeave™ cover is removable and machine-washable. The internal ergonomic core should not be washed or submerged. Always follow care instructions provided with your product.
Does the pillow flatten over time?
Unlike traditional pillows, the Revira™ Pillow is built with a solid ergonomic structure. Our ErgoAlign™ Core is designed to resist flattening and provide consistent spinal support for long-term use.
