Thank you for choosing Revira™. Please review the details below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or due to unforeseen supply chain disruptions.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Average shipping times vary by region:

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or local disruptions may occasionally occur.


3. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, email us at hello@revirasleep.com.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government.
  • These costs are not included in our pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Revira™ is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address input, we cannot guarantee reshipment or refund.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@revirasleep.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Revira™ is no longer responsible for the package.
  • If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:
    • Verify your delivery address and status.
    • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal service.

If unresolved, contact us hello@revirasleep.com for assistance in filing a claim or replacement evaluation.


7. Shipping Delays

  • Revira™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasonable delivery delays once an order has shipped.
